Whether you're missing a few teeth or all of them, our custom-crafted dentures and partial dentures restore your smile, your ability to eat, and your confidence — with a natural look that no one will notice.
PERSONALIZED TOOTH REPLACEMENT
At Trusted Dental, dentures are never a one-size-fits-all solution. Every denture we create is custom-designed from detailed impressions, shade matching, and bite analysis to deliver a restoration that fits comfortably and looks completely natural.
We work closely with top-tier dental labs to ensure the highest quality acrylic, porcelain, and metal frameworks — and we won't consider a case complete until you're fully satisfied with the fit, function, and appearance.
DENTURE OPTIONS
We offer a full range of denture and partial options tailored to the number of missing teeth, your oral health, and your budget.
Replace an entire arch of missing teeth — upper, lower, or both. Custom-fitted to your gum ridge using detailed impressions for optimal suction and stability.
Replace several missing teeth when healthy natural teeth remain. A metal or flexible framework clasps to existing teeth to hold the partial firmly in place.
Placed the same day teeth are extracted so you're never without teeth. Adjusted as your gums heal and shrink over the following months.
Two to four dental implants anchor the denture firmly, eliminating slipping, clicking, and the need for adhesive pastes. Far superior retention and confidence.
Valplast or similar flexible partial dentures offer a metal-free, gum-colored clasp option that is virtually invisible and more comfortable than conventional partials.
Existing dentures that no longer fit properly due to bone changes can be relined for a fresh, secure fit — often completed same-day or overnight.
UPGRADE YOUR DENTURE
Implant-retained dentures (also called overdentures or snap-on dentures) snap onto 2–4 dental implants for dramatically improved stability compared to conventional removable dentures. You get the cost-effectiveness of a denture with the security of implant support.
Patients who upgrade to implant-retained dentures consistently report improved chewing ability, greater confidence speaking and laughing, and freedom from messy adhesives — a life-changing difference.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Answers to the questions we hear most from patients in Hawthorne and across the South Bay.
The denture process typically takes 4–8 weeks from the first impression to delivery of the final denture, with several appointments for impressions, bite records, and try-ins. Immediate dentures are placed the same day as extractions.
Modern dentures are designed to look like natural teeth. We select tooth shapes, sizes, and shades that complement your facial features and skin tone. Most people cannot tell the difference between well-made dentures and natural teeth.
Remove dentures at night and soak them in water or a denture cleaning solution. Brush them daily with a soft denture brush — not regular toothpaste, which is too abrasive. Clean your gums, tongue, and any remaining teeth before reinserting.
Well-maintained dentures typically last 7 to 10 years. However, your gum ridges change over time due to bone resorption, which causes fit to loosen. Regular checkups and periodic relines help maintain a secure, comfortable fit.
Most patients adapt fully and can eat a wide variety of foods. We recommend starting with soft foods and cutting food into smaller pieces. Very hard or sticky foods should be avoided with conventional dentures to protect their fit.
Many PPO dental plans include coverage for full and partial dentures, typically at 50% after the deductible. Coverage limits vary. We verify your benefits in advance and explore all available financing if needed.
Missing teeth don't have to define your smile. Let's find the right denture solution for your life, your budget, and your goals.
